How to change colors for all windows not using MUI?

How can I change the background color of all controls on all windows to one color, and the text on all controls on all windows to another color?

Everything I've seen both on the nsis.sourceforge.net site is either very confusing and/or uses MUI, which I'm not using.

Can someone give me a hand? Thanks.

There is not one command, you have to set it one by one.
