Stream Rippers

Stream ripping seems to be a rising trend lately. I've been noticing quite a few people (mostly European) logging onto my station with 2 seperate mp3 players. If it isn't bad enough that they're streamripping, but they're also taking up 2 listener slots as well.

My question is: Is there anything in the works to try to halt this behaviour? I know I can simply ban their IP address, but in some cases that would also ban innocent others who may be sharing IPs with the offender. Are there any plans in the works by Shoutcast, Winamp, etc to try to curb this?

Or does anyone else on here have any decent ideas on how to stop it?
