Is there a way to convert the "Most Played" section including play count(!) into a .html file or something? I have to format my PC and I'd like to have a file to see what and how many times I heard the songs for half a year. Please let me know.

That just creates an XML list of your database to import into iTunes and such, not what dA FaLL3N AnGeL is looking to do.

you can reimport that xml into winamp though, so its like backing up your medialibrary database, but since you are formating your hd, it may not see them anyway (doesnt it not see them when you move the files, regardless of backing the ml up..)
