When you open up "internet radio" in winamp there are titles across the top.....one saying Name, one for Genre, one for NOW PLAYING......I assume this is so you can select all genres then scroll down the NOW PLAYING collumn and play a paticular track.......

What I am saying is that this feature is not right for some reason.........say I click on phil collins in the air tonight in the now playing column I may actually start listening to the Bee Gee's for EG.

Can I take it that this feature is dependant on the radio stations showing upto date info in the column.

I hope this is more helpfull

OK, I still don't get it...
[edit] SO SKIP THIS POST [/edit]
I assume you played a station through the Media Library, in the 'Internet Radio' view (left panel), or started a station through your browser. After that, the Media Library changed to 'Now Playing' (the first entry in the left panel of the Media Library). There the site belonging to that station opened, and there you got that 'Name', 'Genre' and 'NOW PLAYING'??

That's all I can think of...
If this is the case, it's station dependant. And that would mean that it's not supported by Winamp, so it's not supported on these forums. Try contacting the 'authors' of the station, ie the broadcasters.

If this is not the case, please explain. It all seems unfamiliar to me...
What station are you playing?

Nah, stooster's talking about Media Library > Internet Radio:
Name | Genre | Now Playing | Listeners | bitrate

The Shoutcast YP is not real time.
The servers only report to the YP maybe once every 10 minutes or so...
