PIPBOY AMP (id=142324) is definitely RIP of PIPBOY 2000 Audio player (?id=118770) by Gerko Van Nes.
When I posted my own skin called Vault-tec, I was banned with it although all elements were made by me except cursors from Gerko which I got permission from.
Where is justice?
I'm gonna repost my Vault-tec, which is NOT a rip of any other skin...

We'll be judging your skin on it's own merits, if it is a rip it will go, if it is not a rip, it will stay. Simple like that.
No reason to get your shit in a knot over it.

Your skin was judged on it's merits and found lacking.
To be more precice, it was lacking the video and library windows.
