Commanding winamp through dos

I have a microsoft wireless multimedia keyboard and it won't let me command winamp with the additional keys at the top of the keyboard... the only way to do anything different then what microsoft's software specifies is to execute a command line. Is there anyway to execute a dos command to command winamp to go to play, stop... etc?
