Classic skin problem

Im noob this bút i hope you can help me. Im having problems with volume.bmp and balance.bmp , if i edit those files and add them to my skin folder and zip it, it wont work. You can´t see the volume or balance button but you can still move it.. I use Photoshop Elements for editing.

Can you post a screenshot of your volume? I think know what the problem is.

You thought I was dead, didn't you?

Daft question, is that the actual size of the file you are adding to your skin file?, dimension wise?

If so, then that's why it's not working, it's the wrong size, it should look like.... err shit, can't find a decent version to show you, although that image you posted there is the same image as shown on NSDN, which is technically wrong.

Download the base skin from here, unzip the file and look at the volume/balance images in there.

pledit.txt

It's not included with the base skin as the playlist colours are defined in the main winamp exe for the default skin, but if you use this file you can replace them.

See here for example

I would strongly suggest using the Skinner's Atlas by Jellby... It clears up a lot of quetsions like this pretty quickly....

Who is the milkman? What is the purpose of the goggles?
