error resolving yp.shoutcast.com

I have a customer that seems to have this problem about once a month. This is the error in the logs:error resolving yp.shoutcast.com

What would cause this. Here is the streamIt is a public broadcast scanner for civil services where he lives. He has also been banned. twice now. I got a diff. group of IP's from the dc and the second time only lasted a few days. I have no one else streaming. He is not doing anything in violation of shoucast rules. I was given somewhat of an answer the first time that "someone" in ip block blablabla was sending a malicious stream. So the dc tried to get someone here to tell them a definate ip and port so they could take care fo the matter. Never got a resoponse. Now the second time my customer has been banned we have no idea nore can we get an explanation!!

Can ANYONE HELP me PLEASE!!!
