you need to adjust the max listeners number in your server configuration.
edit config-- ajust max listeners -- save-- kill server and restart the server software.
uploadspeed / 128kbps = max number of listeners

and 96kbps or 80 kbps sounds not so bad either. some people on dsl may not be able to listen to you.
