Looking for a few things, reviews system, mailing list.

I was looking at hotscripts.com, but I couldnt find something exactly like I was looking for.

I would like to use a reviews system that is similar to the one's used in PHP-Nuke:

Anyone know a good one you can recommend that has the same content as that one?


As for the mailing list, the good ones, cash, the bad ones, free.

It needs to have an interface for managing the list, and sending emails.

If at all possible I dont want to have to use mySQL xD, I've only got one DB left
