I figured out that I also had a third fire-wall, so I disabled it. But I still get this message on the site you gave me, and I don't really ubderstand it.
82.157.239.206:8000 is Closed

Reason Given: Connection refused
More about this error: This essentially means that the port is open to the internet but has no services associated with it. There is no firewall protection on this port.
