Can you give a link to the stream itself ??
In the meantime try clearing your internet cache. Check Winamp is associated with .pls files. [edit] O.k. got the stream address, you need to edit the url above so it doesn't have a full stop on the end. Playing fine here. Try entering the following in Winamp > Play > URL http://blaminator.no-ip.org:8000 [/edit] UJ |

Winamp Prefs(Ctrl+P) > File Types > Make sure pls is highlighted in the list (Usually at the very bottom).
If your browser gives you the choice of Playing or Downloading you can d/l to your desktop and try double clicking from there. You could also try to drag and drop the address in my edit on to Winamp's main window. UJ |

So you can't connect to any shoutcast streams whatsoever?
Or is it just this one? Did you try as ujay suggested (drag+drop the stream url into the playlist) What other players are installed? Real Player maybe? What's your Windows OS? What version of Winamp are you using? What type of internet connection? etc etc |
