HELLLP! Can't install winamp! extremely depressed :-P

Hello everyone... this is the FIRST time I haven't been able to install Winamp on my computer... I've been using JetAudio and Sonique instead (oh, the shame!!)

During install I always get this message:
"There was a problem installing components. CD Ripping.Burning may not function properly. '-1'"

Then when I try to run it I get an error message saying:
"The ordinal 373 could not be located in the dynamic link library PX.dll."

After clicking OK in the error message window (which pops up 2 or 3 times in a row), the program may run OK, or crash. In any case, I always end up un-installing it.

So, WTF is THAT!!?? Help please.
Thanks.
JR
