Why won't Winamp display downloaded skins?

When I download the skins, Winamp pops up but it doesn't change skins. Also, in preferences when I go to skins to try and find the skins I just downloaded I can't find them.
The download box says they're being downloaded to a "Temporary Folder"...but I'm not sure which folder it's referring to so I can't even manually move the skins to the Winamp folder.

Do you have the Lite version of Winamp 5? Are you trying to download modern skins (.wal files)? The Full version of Winamp 5 supports Modern (.wal) skins. Download Winamp

No luck or that is not it? Try clearing the Internet cache...
MS Internet Explorer > Tools > Internet Options... > General tab > click the 'Delete Files' button under "Temporary Internet Files"
-or-
Control Panel > Internet Options icon > General tab > click the 'Delete Files' button under "Temporary Internet Files"

Still no luck? Please post a reply with system specs.

Otherwise, try the alternative download method
1. Right-click on the download link
2. select 'Save target as'
3. download/save the skin to the WA5 skins folder (usually C:\Program Files\Winamp\Skins)
Example: C:\Program Files\Winamp\Skins\SkinName.wal (or SkinName.wsz if downloading a classic skin)
Next time you are using Winamp 5, select the skin there.
