Urgent Please !!!

Hi all, I have a BIG problem, I made a Shoutcast server at home...my IP is something like 83.175.XXX.XXX and I can't connect to it from other ISP...and the problem is this ....

<07/29/04@08:25:18> [yp_add] yp.shoutcast.com gave error (nak)
<07/29/04@08:25:18> [yp_add] yp.shoutcast.com gave extended error (Cannot see your station/computer (IP: 193.19.XXX.XXX:8200) from the Internet, disable Internet Sharing/NAT/firewall/ISP cache (Connection refused))

PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME !!!

you both need to read the top sticky thread first.
