won't install skin

i tried to download the skin OmegaRed from this site 3 TIMES but it won't install. winamp was running each time i tried and when it finished downloading, winamp would pop up with just the base skin. i then went to skin browser but Omega wasn't there. i then tried going to find files in the start menu and looked for it but it wasn't there either. WHAT'S WRONG?!?

Try it again (usually when it comes up with the base skin there is something wrong with the link)....I just downloaded it and it works just fine. What version of Winamp do you have?
