Why is it i can not play a cd on winzip?? It plays but nothing comes out

Why is it that i cannot play my cd's on winzip? I thought winzip could play cd's.

It looks like it plays the cd but nothing seems to come out. No sound

Well.....since Winzip is a file compression program and doesn't have the capabilities to play cd's.....I assume you're meaning WinAMP.

A couple things you might try:

Hit CTRL+P, under Setup > File Types, make sure the box for 'Associate With Audio CD's' is checked.

On your Windows volume controls, make sure 'CD Audio' is selected.
