problems with a personalized list

Hi all, I installed the winamp5.05 and when I choose my personalized songs (alt + clic left), but when I want unchoose one song I can´t.
Can somebody tell me how I take out a song of my personalized list?

I assume you are talking about the 'Queue list'?
If so, be sure this option is checked:

Prefs (ctrl+p) > Jump to File > tab Enqueue Options > 'Remove file from queue on 'Alt+click' if already in the queue list'

In the playlist editor, you can also press Shift+M to show the queue list. There you can remove/move songs as well.

Oh, one more (I forgot )
Pressing Shift+C in the playlist will clear the queue list.
