Simply move or delete the relevant DLL file from the Winamp Plugins Folder.

after a long time of fucking around with certain things, i finally figured out how to fix it:

1. move/delete the DLL file of the plugin out of oyur plugin directory
2. go into winamp. do *not* hit play or it will give you a whole bunch of errors.
3. go into preferences > plugins > output
4. choose "waveout" or whatever the normal output is
5. close preferences

everything should be back to normal now!
