I thought they were still developing it.
Where do I download the latest version of 3.x?

development is being continued by a small group of people. It has been renamed "wasabi.player"

It's illegal by very nature of the fact that I don't believe you have the rights to package and distribute these plugins, so that's your arguement shot to pieces before it gets off the ground.

BTW Is winamp 5 compatible with wa4 skins and plugins? Haven't seen that entry in any FAQ, so how could I know for sure? That fact that WA4 doesn't exist is not relevant at all
