Ip/port question

Alright for the passed week I have been trying to get this firewall stuff sorted out so I can stream and I can't get it to work, I have read lots of posts about it. I am confused about one thing, if I am hosting the server on my computer. When I am opening my ports it asks for an ip WHICH ip do i give them? I no mine but there is the server ip the wan ip the lan ip etc.
