Why is this skin a rip?

hi,

I tried to upload a skin, but unfortunately it remained a try. I was told in several posts, that the skin could be interpreted as a rip of the MMD3 and the modern skin. I can not really understand this. Could someone please give me additional information?

We just wanted to make a nice skin...

well, post a screen shot of the skin and I'll tell you right here and now if it will be allowed into the site or not.

well if you obviously used parts of the images to assemble your skin then it's considered a rip off. Post a screenshot.

But its your own damn fault for making skins like a ripper (I love ATHF and yes I just ripped them off!).
