my ipod enjoys being ironic
so i'm back again (for those who remember me)
and i've found something odd about my ipod. lately it has developed quite the sense of irony in the songs it will play when i start it up example the first: i was coming back home from vising my girlfriend and i got on the greyhound bus, the driver tells me and hte dozen or so other ppl trying to get on "all the seats are full, but if you're will to stand in the aisle for the trip you can get on so first, let me say how illegal and dangerous i think this is but then, i get on, i turn on my ipod and what song comes on? "enough space" by the foo fighters i think i may have scared a few ppl when i started laughing example the second: and let me begin with this disclaimer: i felt awful about this one so i though i had cheated on my girlfriend a little while ago (not all the way cheating, mind you), i woke up one day a month or so ago after an amazing party where i was far too drunk for my own good i say i thought i had cheated on my girlfriend b/c i wasn't sure if making out w/ some girl i know actually happened or if it was a dream (it turns out it was a dream, so that was a huge load off my mind) so anyway, i go out to run some errands, turn on my ipod and what song is playing? "torn apart" by stabbing westward (which, as far as i can tell is about a guy lamenting having lost his love due to a stupid mistake) and thus ends my rambling |
