Shoutcast Error When Connecting

im getting this error message when i try to connect to shoutcast, im using a BT VOYAGER 200 ROUTER and i have xp service pack 2 installed, and i use a virus program panda antivirus, the error i get is

"] yp.shoutcast.com gave extended error (Cannot see your station/computer (IP: 81.155.99.234:8000) from the Internet, disable Internet Sharing/NAT/firewall/ISP cache (Connection timed out))"

router ---> forward the ports 8000 + 8001 (tcp)
if using xp also do the same in your firewall settings.

sp2 has some effects on shoutcast (firewall settings are tighter)

and as for your panda antivirus ???? don't know if that has any impact on shoutcast.
