keep in mind that isp advertise their speeds but hardly ever get that speed.

example--> the isp i use says it's uploadspeed is 384kbps but tests at www.dslreports.com show me that the highest possible speed is around 350kbps.

so be carefull , they all shout that they provide high speed internet but bottom line is that it's always lower than isp say.
