TV cards and digital TV tuners

hello, long time no posts, so i came to fill in:

my cable provider uses digital tuners, can i hook it up to my tv card on my pc and be able to watch/capture tv?

its PAL if you need to ask

you should be able to as long as it's not a cable internet connection.

No, you cant tune the digital channels without the box being hooked it, thats the way it is, However, if your provider has analog channels too you can tune those, but I dont know about how cable is where you are / if you have analog. You need a box for digital cable.
