Gen Ff.dll Error!

After downloading the skin from Winamp.com, there is a window asking me whether I want to install the skin or not.

When I click YES, there is a window which says that Winamp causes the error of GEN FF.DLL and I need to close the Winamp at once.

Therefore, I can't install any skin except the default one!!

Why is that? Have anyone had problems like this?

The error still occurs and I don't have any programs like COMPROPVER opened.

When I load the old mordern(New-CLEAR), it is okay!
But for the new one, like MMD3, the problem still occur.

Okay. One down, a few more to go. Try the following threads from the Troubleshooters... Sticky, which may apply in your case...

If you have been using the old MMD3 skin (still at winamp.com but outdated - was developed for the now unsupported Winamp3 v1.0 back on Dec. 2, 2002), then that could be contributing to your problem. Instead try the newer (unofficial) MMD3 skin that's been updated to work more efficiently with Winamp 5. Download the ZIP file from the link in this post, and read the Readme text file in the ZIP file, to determine which MMD3 skin you prefer to use (2 to choose from, each one handling visualizations differently).
