Shoutcast crashes Winamp

I'm using Winamp 2.95 and if I use the minibrowser to go to www.shoutcast.com and click on a "Listen Now!" I get an error message: winamp.exe has generated errors etc... If I restart Winamp and play an mp3 file on my hard drive I have no problem. This doesn't happen after I reinstall Winamp, until I close it then open it again later, or after a reboot. I'm running a fresh, clean install of Windows 2000 Pro with SP4 and all other updates. Sound card is a Turtle Beach Santa Cruz with latest driver (4193).
