Can't add tracks to CD-R

I can't add tracks to the CD-R part. After following every lead from WinAmp/Help/CD Burning, it just does not seem to be willing to work. Does anyone know what the problem might be?

I just downloaded winAmp 5 and it still isn't working, just like it didn't work withe the older version I had.

My PC qualifications are meeting the requirements.

The files I can't add to the playlist to burn are the files I downloaded from winamp music (.pls files). Is this normal?

I just found out that I don't seem to have a plug-in for the media library. Might this be the underlying problem? What may be the solution?

.pls are playlist files, they only contain information about the location of audio files or (in your case) streams.

You can't (legally) download the streams from winamp music to burn to cd.

Ahhh. Looking to rip streams with the use of an ML plugin.
