Need Plug-In for 3 button foot pedal

I need a plugin to operate Winamp through my 3-button ByteScribe foot pedal for transcription purposes. Left button is FF, middle is stop/go, and right is reverse. Foot pedal is USB Human Interface Device. Any help out there? Thanks.

Well if this "petal" acts as a game contoller, then I suggest you try ControlMK. This small program allows you to map any keyboard/mouse function to a controller.
