Speech Recognition and Winamp

All,
I'm doing alot of work with Text-to-Speech and Automatic Speech Recognition products and I'd like to develop a application whereby you can control Winamp5 with configurable voice commands. This includes starting Winamp with a simple command, selecting playlists/albums/streams by name, forwarding/rewinding songs etc. I need to programmatically (through C/C++/C# APIs or Web Service) access the Winamp commands to do this. Does anyone know how to do so? SDK? Command line flags?
