Song playing

Hello,

Can someone tell me how to find out what song is playing on each station under a certain genre? I want to make a program to look for "Metallica" (for example) on all stations under Metal genre and when a station is playing a Metallica song to tune in.
Is there any way to do that?

You can do this with www.shoutcast.com or the WinAmp Media Library (ctrl+h > Streaming Media > Internet Radio).
