Chrysler spokesman Max Gates stressed Thursday that the vehicles haven't yet been recalled.

The company is planning to respond to the government's request early next week, he said.

yeah i saw the 60 minutes that broke this story, it was hard not to laugh at the people whos wheels fell off. Thats why im gonna buy asian/european cars
