Use mouse wheel for Forward/Rewind

Add option to use mouse wheel for Forward/Rewind instead of volume. Ctrl+mouse wheel for volume maybe then. This is very important for me. Thank you!

i approve of this.. maybe support also for side scrolling. you know, for people who can sidescroll with their mice.
