Proxy with DSP

Hello. I am wanting to broadcast to my relay server from my computer. the only problem is that i connect to the internet from a proxy and i cant make my winamp dsp connect to theexternal server.. how do i tell the dsp to use the proxy? thanks for any help you can give.

for info:
the proxy i am using is freeproxy
running on windows server 2003 enterprise .the machine that runs the proxy is connected to the net via cable modem
