a skin question for winamp2

New to the game of skins but have built a few for 5.0.
A client wants the text to scroll like in winamp2 instead of back and forth. I know it's in the wishlist for the new versions.
I tried installing winamp 2.0 and building a new skin for that. Can you resize the skin? Change where the text scroll is located?
Or can anyone point me to a classic skin that can be resized?

You can resize a classic skin, but only by doubling it's size CTRL+D (toggle doublesize mode)

Change where the text scroll is located?, no, not on classic skins, you would need to build a modern skin for that.
