Wanting to stream to cell phone

I have a low bitrate stream (news/talk) for a client and would like for wireless (cellular and the likes) to be able to tune in as well. Is this a possibility? Is it currently being done? Where is a good starting point for me to begin researching.

yes this is possible, with some cellphones haveing realplayer, and internet. (more so on pda's and blackberry's)
