bmp files of the original classic skin

Hello,

I am new to skinning winamp, and want to modify the original classic skin of winamp, but I cannot find it.
At the tutorial there are the original bitmaps, but some of them are cut (ie Volume.bmp).

Where do I get all complete bitmap files?
