Possibility to control Winamp with parameters?

Hi,

i've got a Typhoon keyboard, quite nice, with some special keys, for example controlling your media player. But this fuc*ing software only supports Windows Media Player...

I can choose a exe-file for every key, so I wondered if there's a possibiliy to make a shortcut with a target like this "C:\Programme\Winamp\winamp.exe -stop"

I would be very pleased about some useful answers!
