weird static in my stream PLZ HELP

I keep getting this static that is driving my listeners away, I think it my have to do with my soundblaster LIVE! LS soundcard, the static if thats what you even want to call it, fades in and out sometimes, you can listen to my stream please, its in the SIG, and try to help me fix this problem, also I do not this its the CPU because this static occurs no matter when even if the cpu is doing nothing or it is getting worked hard, ive also been told its could be the MP3s but the sames ones dont make the static everytime, I also have a ripped MP3 I could send if that will help figure this delimea out.
my stream is hosted by fast-serv (I know this isnt the problem because I can stream from other computers and the noise doesnt occur)
the stream is a 24kbps stream
