make all track with same volumen

hello:

I have a lot of track with different volumen, and I want a plugins that I can hear all this track with same volumen even they have a different each one.

ahh, I'm using the winamp 2.91 if you can help with this plugins if you can give one to this version, send me to other like 5.xx or whatever.
