Really quick question

I want to makes the default directory of my installer in a specific user's "My Documents\EA Games\The Sims 2\Downloads", in Windows XP, but I know that for each user, the actualy directory differs.

I'm using the HM wizard, but is there a tag I can put, like "C:\Documents and Settings\<Current User>\EA Games\The Sims 2\Downloads\" or something to make it adjust itself to the current user's My Documents folder?

Thanks for any help.
