Switch songs on play list in a game???

Simple question...

Is there any plug in or option in winamp which would allow one to use say mouse 4 and 5 to browse up and down a playlist while in a computer game?

Try Winamp's global hotkeys for Next and Previous in the playlist
Winamp > Ctrl+P > General Preferences > Global Hotkeys
