Detect an and install app

Hi

I'm installing to a pocket pc, this device needs ceappmanager to be installed on the PC, how can I get my installer to detect if ceappmanager exists and install it if it doesn't?

Never heard of this ceappmanager but I don't use pocket pc at all. Anyway you would need some piece of info about ceappmanager that would be stored in a location guaranteed to be in the same spot on every users pc. This might be a filename, registry setting, etc. Just some thoughts, hope that helps.

ceappmanager is like add/remove programs for windows mobile devices.

Actually I made a mistake, i meant Detect and install ActiveSync. I'll look into the registry check...
