I'll Be Very Glad If Someone Would Like To Paste Me The EXACT List Of Caracters That Need To Be In The TEXT.BMP Cause For Certains, I Got No Idea On How To Make Them!

Just download any skin, unzip it, and look at the text.bmp file.
