Winamp skin wont work

I made a Winamp skin and sent it too a couple of people. The skin works for some people but not for everyone. Is this caused by something I did or is it their error. I just changed the main pics and buttons. Any help is appreciated

Are they downloading it into their Skins Folder? Also, is the skin a .zip or .wsz file?

Some people are still using antiquated versions of winamp so its most likely their side that is causing the problem.
