What is the name of cursor?

What is the cursor of the icon at the upper left of Main Menu Windowshade Mode?
Since a name does not understand only this cursor, it cannot be created.
Incidentally, it is not contained in 27 cursors.

I've never found a name for that one....it always changes to the default cursor in that position, even when all of your cursors are skinned.

Why is it Winamp default cursor only there?
I am creating the skin. The 27 cursors is also original.
Since only Option's icon(?) of Main Menu Windowshade Mode is set to Winamp default cursor. Is this a bug?

By the way, although it has not appeared in a developer's page, either, where is Tips which is likely to be also in these information and others? If good, please tell me.

I can see your cursor Rikki! I can't see a skinned cursor in Jayn's Alloy. So you are right.
I didn't know this problem - I never use windowshade modes.
