Normalization + Shoutcast DSP Plugin ?

Hello - I would like to normalize my MP3s on the fly - but apparantly i can only have 1 dsp effect running at once? is there a way, besides using mp3gain, to normalize mp3s on the fly and use winamp to send to shoutcast server? I am only able to select 1 dsp plugin at a time... am i missing something?

sorry, if this was answered somewhere else...

1) Use MuchFX to be able to use multiple DSP plug-ins at the same time

2) Use a normalisation plug-in (e.g. RockSteady | more listed here)
