Disk Writting from a Sound Card

My friend wants to get this song onto a CD. Its from an old movie, I think "The Pirate Movie" and the only version he could find of it is in a shockwave flash file. I downloaded the swf files that comprise it, one being the player controls, the other being the mp3. I renamed the swf-mp3 to a .mp3 but when played it skips every half second or so probably due to the conversion to a shockwave file.

I would like to play the song through the shockwave interface and record the sound to a wave file as it is playing so I can get it onto a cd for him. I don't know how to do this while perserving the highest level of clarity though. Any help would be appreciated.
