Which streamer is it...

There is a particular streaming app I am looking for...Ive downloaded baout 5 of tem now and still can't find the one that I had before losing everything on my computer. The one I am looking for is the one that you can choose basically any video file (avi, mpeg, whatever), and it would kind of encode onthe fly (it would do this in a command prompt window that pops up in the background), then once encoded it starts to stream...simultaneously it writes the .nsv file to a directory of your choosing. Does anyone have a link to this streamer?

Also, when encoding my files I am getting audio but no video...I have installed the following files for encoding:
nsvenc_vp6_setup.exe
on2_vp6_nsv.exe
and
vp6_decoder.exe
and I select MP3 and vp6.1 as the options when encoding... Im not sure that I have the corect files installed... I feel like I am missing one...and apparently I am since everything I encode is missing the video. Any suggestions? When I do a search for vp6 I get a lot of links that are now dead.

Ok, I think I fixed the problem...I went to

and first got the 3.2.1.0 and installed that, then I got the 3.2.5.3 'mainly improve encoder' file, extracted, right clicked the inf file, slected Install, and now I seem to be able to encode fine. Hope this helps others with a no video problem after encoding.

thanks for making a new post when you could have just edited your old one and don't reply to yourself 3 times within 22 minutes, you're allowed to edit your post for about 3 hours after you make it. But it doesn't surprise me, usually all the posts you make are in triplicate (from what I've seen).

If a mod could kindly merge the topics? Or lock the other one and point it here?

Ok, sorry then...thought I was helping by showing steps I took and problems andcountered as I did it.
With a few exceptions this is a really mean group. I have noticed this sort of hostility towards many others here. I will find other alternatives that have support forums that actually support instead of criticize. Thanks. Good day.
